Participation in a retreat is an extremely valuable way to deepen one’s insight meditation practice. A retreat offers the opportunity to experience an extended period of uninterrupted practice under the guidance of an experienced teacher. Our retreats are primarily conducted in silence, though there are Dhamma talks and short discussion periods built into the schedule.
We offer retreats at both of our centers
We offer nonresidential one-day and weekend retreats in Wenham, MA, and Redding, CT. In Redding, there are also a few beds that can be reserved on a first-come basis. We also periodically offer five-day residential retreats at an offsite retreat center.
Questions about retreats in Redding should be directed to michael at redding.cfmim.org, and questions about retreats in Wenham or about any offsite residential retreats should be directed to michael at cfmim.org.
